With over 15 years of experience in community association management, Sonja Williams has built her career on integrity, responsiveness, and a passion for helping communities thrive. Before founding Sunshai Community Management, she managed a wide range of communities across Minnesota, as well as high-rise and large-scale associations in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Burbank. Her extensive background includes overseeing multi-million-dollar budgets, coordinating complex restoration projects, guiding boards through special assessments, and developing streamlined operating procedures that bring clarity and transparency to both boards and residents.

Sonja launched Sunshai Community Management with a simple but powerful vision: quality over quantity. She believes every community deserves a manager who has the time, resources, and dedication to provide truly personalized service. Unlike traditional firms where managers juggle a dozen or more accounts, Sonja limits her portfolio to ensure every board and resident receives the attention and responsiveness they deserve.
